Bsharp lets the admin reassign accounts from one field personnel to another. Field personnel do not have the ability to reassign account but can delete their own accounts (Refer FAQ: How do I view all accounts/deleted by my team and I?)

To reassign an account:

1. Select accounts (by clicking the checkbox present beside the account) in the 'manage account' section. 

2. Click on the reassign button present on the top right hand side

3. You will now be able to access a drop down consisting of all field members in your system.

4. The member you chose will be the new assignee of the account.

5. Click done

Bsharp does not let you have multiple assignees for one account but does let you assign multiple account to one person.
